Providing the top customer service is our number one goal. We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the services we offer there are policies that need to be followed in order to have a relaxed and satisfactory experience every time you visit us. We appreciate your understanding!

A refundable credit card deposit of $50 is required in order to book and confirm every appointment. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment. We require 48 hours notice if you decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment for the deposit to be refundable. If you fail to do so, the deposit becomes non refundable and we will apply it towards your next appointment.

No one is allowed in the procedure room at the time of your visit unless you need help to communicate, otherwise, there is a waiting area. It is important to understand that for best results, requires a suitable atmosphere in which it is possible to establish the necessary contact between the client and practitioner. It is also a precaution in order to comply with sanitary conditions.

Children under 18 are not allowed to have permanent makeup procedure.

Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than the desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
